Fireface UCX - Traktor - Xone 96 - Ableton setup

Hello guys,

Just bought a Fireface UCX audio interface from RME and I am trying to integrate it with my current gear.
So my first question is what cables I should use in order to connect from balanced outputs of RME soundcard to the unbalanced line channels of Xone 96. There is an RME video about this here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRyvGtSeI2g but what they use doesnt make sense to me, TRS cables going as input where?
Ean Golden seems to have different cables here: https://equipboard.com/pros/ean-gold...udio-interface any idea what are those?

Second question I have is if its possible to have 4 tracks on Traktor, plus one channel for Ableton Push for live drums etc, plus Send/Return effects for each channel in Xone 96. Can UCX handle this?
