AWESOME!
Man what do you do with all of that gear? I also see a 4D tucked away?
Niccceeeeeeeeee.
thanks dustin. hmmm.....i just use em and see what i can come up with....the good thing is that i can interchange between using different gears now. loving the effects on the DB4. for now im using mix architekt's tsi file for the db4 and i've mapped deck focus selection on the x1 for 4 deck controls.
How are Audio Technica's for turntables? For a begineer that wants to mix and maybe do house giggs. Im on a budget thinking of getting a pair of Audio Technica's. Or should i just keep saving and skip them.
Depends on the model in my opinion. Lots of people say technics or nothing but I feel that's just because they've never tried any turntables other than beginner level stuff and technics. Personally I don't like technics, they feel weak and there's a few elements that don't make that much sense to me. What are you looking at?
I want technics SL- MKII's really bad that's what i was saving for. But the "audio technica" is more affordable with my budget i read they are Vinyl, Direct Drive. Analog. Usb Record. I think 2 of the these & a Xone 22 i could really start to learn fast. I just need some opinions. All that gear up there is really nice the cdj2000's djm 900. Those are amazing but exspensive. I want to learn but only have like 1200.00. You think i should pick up a pair of these audio's and a xone 22? All i want to do is mix and maybe do house partys.
Here are the turntables ive been looking at.

Dude you can get second hand technics for that money. Or second hand super oem tables. Surf craigslist and ebay lots. There's almost no reason to buy turntables new, they last forever. I'd certainly recommend looking for a good deal on a second hand "pro" turntable rather than a new cheap one.
Two good second hand turntables and an Xone:22 is a very nice setup, I doubt you'd be disappointed in it at all (hey it's quite a lot like mine). Then all you have to get is plenty of vinyl or a DVS like traktor scratch duo 2 :)
Somone asked about the flight case, here's a better pic... those Numark monitors are being replaced with a pair of RP6s soon (with monitor stands). These are on a seperate booth output coming from my soundcard, the rest of my room is fed by a modest 200w Sony speaker system with two 8" subwoofers... rocks the house nicely : ]

Also shown is my "custom" (lol) X Session Pro, I use this a lot of the times for basic A-B mixing when I dont feel like getting down and dirty with Ableton. This will be phased out when I purchase a real mixer (looking at the ecler nuo 2.0/3.0 right now)
