Neat, how are you using that nanokontrol? :)
edit: that is one badass laptop you have there. Much envy.

Alright ill keep searching until something comes up.
Happy hunting dude! Do a little googling on advice for buying second hand turntables, there's lots of info out there on what to look for. I think xonetacular also knows a fair bit about buying technics for cheap.
The way I have it set up now it's controlling the fx send 1+2 as well as return tracks of my 4 deck setup in ableton, the buttons launch midi automation clips that I have set up to random glitch/beat repeats.
The APC40 is using the standard mapping for launching clips and mixing in Live 8, the left half is my 4 track decks and the right half controls a row of midi automation clips for each deck
Ah very cool :)
how do you remember what button does what? thats alot of buttons
Well it's more like a few buttons replicated 4 times from what I can tell. Just have to remember what order your automation clips are in and then look at the screen to see where what tracks are positioned in the grid.
those buttons would confuse me, i would need a hands on instructor on how to use that high tech technology looks awesome though. A++
when you take the time to map out everything it kinda sticks with you, I'm sure if someone else were to jump on my setup they'd be lost, especially if they weren't familiar with Ableton...
I've also got a nice 4 deck .tsi for the APC40 with full LED feedback, currently working on a 2 deck version with VU meters and full effects control too ; ]
Yeah id be infront of your setup pushing buttons trying to dance lol.
( wouldn't know how to start the music)
shiny bright flashy buttons deff distracting :P
