Thanks for the pointers. Also just discovered Bome's MIDI Translator after getting a burrito with a friend from the MIT Media Lab, talking sh*t about OS X CoreAudio MIDI APIs, and positing something like MIDI Translator a) must already exist, or b) should be constructed immediately.

I can't tell you how happy I was that Bome had already done all the heavy lifting, interface design, bugfixing, and marketing on that beast. :)

how are people getting on with the APC? Particularly in atraktor set-up?

hmm, either having too much fun or puling your haur out getting the mappings right. I thinking whether to buy the APC 40 and xone1D or whether one will dobetter for Traktor/Ableton use.
