Yikes.... I don't see that being very intuitive
Lol am I the only one who sees buying CDJ's to be over expensive for what you can actually do with them?
They do plenty considering you don't need to bring any more than a flash drive to play a gig or need to set anything up in 99.9% of clubs.
I honestly find gigs where the jock only has a pair of CDJ's/Turntables and a basic mixer without effects much more interesting than the ones playing around 100 pieces of gear, screwing with the music and annoying the hell out of me with stock effects.
No, you aren't.
I especially like when people buy them to use them with Traktor... > $2000 to control 2 decks without any real EFX, hotcue, or remix deck control
Edit:
I agree with you regarding the kind of gigs you like.
And if you use all the CDJs advantages (playing CDs and/or from USB sticks) the price becomes a bit more reasonable, even though I believe everything above the specs of the CDJ-850 is useless for most people, especially the ones who rock a simple 2 CDJ and basic mixer setup, which would set the maximum reasonable price for a CDJ at the price of a CDJ-850, which is about half the price of the 2000 and about 2/3 of the price of a 900...
As mentioned above, buying CDJs to control Traktor is just plain stupid imho.
I agree that makes completely no-sense whatsoeverQuote:
