[OT] Learning how to dJ

Inspired by this thread I've just found a pretty good deal on craigslist. No deets yet, I ain't sharing til it's certain :D

P.S. anyone have experience of buying long distance on craigslist? I know it's a bit dodgy... but I've done the DJTT thing of asking for a picture of the stuff with my name and the date on a piece of paper...

There's no way i can pick it up but I want it big time.

I would not recommend it, since you don't have any buyer protection like eBay provides. If you want to buy long distance I would suggest asking the guy who is selling it to you to put it up through eBay. Tell him you'll foot the $3 or whatever charge to throw it up on eBay and you would like to pay through PayPal.

Do NOT pay with a money transfer.
