Yes. I definitely want one.

I actually don't own a MIDI Fighter and was originally thinking of building an arduino clone. iPad clone was even cheaper...

Runs as a legit iOS binary. For testers, I could distribute it through testflightapp, no jail break required.

They could definitely be bigger, but, they are at 100x100 points. The minimum Apple recommends for an easily tappable area is 44x44 points. I found the size to be easy enough to tap without looking.

That being said, I'd want it in your hands to make sure it's the right size for more than just me.

The accelerometer hold button however needs to be much bigger.

Yup. I played around with hitting hot points and reverse at the same time.

The buttons operate independently. The iPad will track up to 11 unique touches. It's probable that a gesture could be detected to mash all the buttons at once.

Also, use your imagination about how to get that eleventh touch point down. :eek:

Nice - I would be interested in this if it was commercially available
