ok cool. i think i remember reading about issues with 2.1.2 and win 7 laptops. Did you have these issues with previous versions? Have you tried the s4 windows scripts in this thread:

And also google "optimising windows for audio" and check you have carried out all of the suggested tweaks.

Old post, but in case anyone else comes across this.
On an XPS 15 you HAVE to use the combo USB port on the right side of the machine, the others don't have enough power to support the S2/S4.
Can someone let me know here to get the 2.94 driver? I can't seem to find it. Thanks
Before you go any further... Have you calibrated the jog wheels? Normally you'd still be able to scratch, but thought I'd ask.
