I got a Mac, with os-x 10.4 (I think, I do know it meets the minimum requirements) I'm on my work computer now.. What's weird is that it recognized it as being plugged in before and now nothing and I didn't even get to use it..

do the leds emit light? what i mean is - does the controller behave normal? (meaning leds light, data led lights if you push buttons, ......)
if you start itch with the controller connected but turned off and you turn it on and then try to touch the jog a few times - does the light beneath the jog stay red if you do that?
The power led is lit but, the data led does not, even when I move the controls.. The first time I used it (or tried to use it) the data led did light up...
hm... seems to me like a damaged unit...
if it would be some kind of software issue then at least the controller should behave as usual...
but i'm not sure (just my thoughts about it) - did you try searching & posting the serato itch forums?
hopefully you'll find a solution - if not then just take it back to your dealer and get it replaced!
Thanks Yall,
I am talking with a Vestax tech and he needed my serial # (may be a bad batch of the 300's out there??) I saw on the Vestax forum that a couple others had the same issue so, hopefully we'll get it straight soon.. I'll keep you updated as to what happens.
Thanks Again, Beetz
