On their homepage it is still listed with the regular price...
Only the S4's price is reduced on the homepage.
The homepages of the retailers that feature the reduced price don't say anything wether it's a promotion or not. It is the right time for their usual summer promotion, so it does not necessarily mean new hardware.

I saw maschine on Ebay from Pro audio star brand new for $399 yesterday, free shipping too. I think they have been doing that for awhile.
