trying to do this first point that you said. no cue markers no setting. just jumping forward/backward as i can do with my s4.

basically, traktor -> decks -> advanced settings -> move -> beatjump

Ok. No, you can't do that on CDJs

And FYI: what pioneer calls "beatjump," but can only be accomplished in rekordbox, is the latter.
