Akai LPD8 mapping

I've got Preset 1 & 2 to work, but not Preset 3 & 4. I don't think the mapping for Preset 3 & 4 are in the TSI file that you have provided. I checked the TSI file and there's no beatgridding controls.

Ok, my apologies if I made a mistake, but here is the latest export from my bakery.

Can some body give direct me to a tutorial on how to use the AKAI LPD8 CONTROLLER with TSP
I'm using Vista 64

First you need to download the LPD editor from here, http://www.akaipro.com/lpd8 or install it from the disc that came with your LPD8.

Then download the attached ZIP file from the first post of this thread and unzip it. Connect the LPD to your computer and open the Editor you just installed. Click on load preset, navigate to the folder you just got from unzipping the attachment, select Preset 1 and click ok. Now click on upload, you should receive a green message saying that it was successful. Do this for all the other presets included in the zipped file.

When you finish open up Traktor and go to settings, click on import at the bottom left of the settings window and navigate to the newly unzipped folder and choose the file ending with .tsi and click ok.

That should be it, if for some reason it doesnt work right away try the tip at the end of the 1st post.

Hi Alex, I'm really looking forward to finally using my lpd8 with your mapping because it looks great but you seem to have forgotten to include the tsi in the zip file. It only contains the presets.

please help
