So today I went to the DJTT Store in Huntington Beach. It was fking awesome. If I hadn't gone with my best friend (who is more a car / customization guy than a music guy) I would've probably stayed there till close.
Charles is an awesome dude, and the store is awesome too! While talking to him I mentioned we *MAY* choose to have a tiny meet there, and he said that would be awesome and told me to just give him a call with the heads up so he can setup the area for us :). The VCIs are already out, and the S4 was sitting in its case. He said he'd hook it up to the big screen TV for us and stuff as well.
Idk either way we should still keep this thing up and meet up somewhere / sometime!
Honestly, i think that place is way too small for a meetup having been there.
Well i'm sure if we talk to him, see if we can move couple of the vinyl things over there will be enough room, plus there's a small bar down there as well and stuff where we can hangout first if you'd like.
As I said earlier, whatever you guys decide :).

but wait, there is a clubhouse on the property. theres an idea. i could ask to see what it takes to use that place.

Well I went down to the store again today. Had a talk with Charles.
I think the store is going to be the best place for us to have it. It's best for Charles if we did it on Feb 5th, 2011.
Theres free wifi so we can stream sets if we want, we can bring our respective gear to play and mess around on as well. The only thing that might be an issue is everyone will need to make sure their laptops are charged before you get there as they already suck down a lot of power as it is and have been known to pop a few breakers here and there when too much stuff gets going in that place.
So if thats cool with everyone, its cool with me.
