I was wondering if we could change that to "imagineers",
due to the massive (thank you Karlos) amount of creativity represented here.

I'm a contractor for the DoD. I am also a visual artist on the side and I'm planning on starting up my business this year. Eventually, I want to complete my bachelors in fine arts and do art full time and be self employed. I don't DJ as much as I used to, but I still get out enough. I am also focusing more on production since I started learning ableton live back in 2005.
And many years ago, 1999-2003, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Solutions Engineer at a software company that specializes in backup, recovery and management of data. Masters Degree in Mathematics from the third largest University in Russia. Used to be a Support Engineer for a few years before moving to US in 2006. Was pretty successful as a local techno dj back in Russia's Siberian Region (Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk, etc.) between the years of 1999 and 2006. Make enough money to live in a fancy apartment and buy the toys I want, but ironically enough have no place and almost no time to use them. The "big move" to US was a success with my day job, but turned me into a "bedroom dj" at the same time, mainly because of the lack of time and connections to local promoters. Looking for opportunity to play out in the near future, but not considering a pro dj career anymore for variety of reasons.
