I like the Felix video, i have to say, the touchstrip looks really clunky the way he's using it like you have to be ultra careful not to shoot past wear you want to be, i can see this being trouble.
I'm wishing the new X1 were maybe single deck controllers, they could have gone next level with these :(

/Come on Novation, bring out a four deck Twitch already!
Thanks Paco!
I realised afterwards I'd actually missed out some stuff (like tempo adjust) even in a 15 minute video. Just goes to show how many features there are in the controller.
I'm giving Traktor Scratch a serious go after 6 years as a Serato user, and I must say the original X1 and now the Mk2 are making the switch a lot less painful. They are seriously impressive when combined with their native software.
Anyone out there done much manual beat matching yet? Useable? I go back and forth between vinyl and digital in my sets, so this is pretty important.
I use a vinyl/DVS combo setup and just got the new X1. I've been beatmatching the remix decks to whatever vinyl record is playing using the touch strip for nudge and the SYNC+LOOP ENCODER for tempo change. It's definitely possible, but not very elegant. I actually like the touchstrip for nudging now that I've gotten used to its sensitivity.
