I love it. Thing that sold it to me was the killer deal I got on it though. The Oxygen 49 retails at $149, the Novation SL49 retails at $500. There better be a damn good reason to pay nearly quadruple the price.

Just "rebuild" my set up and went DIY on my desk.
There isn't much space left but it's doable :).

I did.

I got 4 x http://www.deheul.com/afbeeldingen/afb2276.jpg
Removed two of the diagonal pieces and bolted them together.
There are 2 horizontal metal strips on top. One in the back and one on the front.
Will be replaced by a nice piece of wood or plastic.

I had the parts and it was made in, litteraly, less than 5 minutes.

i lol each time i look at this threat :O ppl invest thousand of dollars in equipment but zero in acoustic treatment even myself i made this error when i started. Lots can be done to optimize the room just with minimal placement of the speakers.

Problem is, I don't have the room to optimize it! Well I guess I kinda do now. I'll post a picture of my setup little later on or you can check out my ManCave thread thing - any suggestions on how to optimize my setup?
