Solid DJs like Laidback Luke and the likes have been in the biz for more than a decade and are having a great career doing what they love. These clowns' fame can be short term, they have no idea who their real friends are, and most don't know how to make their money last once they get a taste for the good life. Haven't you guys seen True Hollywood Stories???
I'd love to hear what deadmau5 thinks about DJ paully D's skills :p
at what point did deadmau5's opinion on anything become revered?
It's all about making money, nothing else. Whatever pays the bills.
Ah yes, celebrities who try to DJ. The one, big enemy that let all real DJs, from the vinyl purist to the laptop performer, put their differences aside to fight side by side against it.
what about Peter Hook? he invented shitty celeb. dj'ing. Pretty sure this is the video of him eq'ing some mix cd from a dj magazine, and pretended to mix life. Lol pro EQ work, i don't think he's even eq'ing the right track, i can't tell the difference. He's so pro he mixes without headphones too :)

Looks like Hook is going to throw up all over the mixer.
