I have pc but thanks for the heads up
no problem buddy. glad to help.
check out this thread for inspiration. oskars did a fantastic job on his gamepad controller.
Now another question. For the HID-MIDI converting software...most of them can support more then one controller right?
So before i buy...these will work right?

well looks like i found 3 original xbox pads for 13 bucks locally. 6 analogs right? and like 20 buttons? that sounds great.
yeah those ones on eBay should work. and glovepie will be the converter you use for multiple gamepads.
grab them - great deal!
once you've got the 3 pads, chop the connectors off and replace them with normal male usb connectors. Next install XBCD and: http://www.fergonez.net/index.php?la...ge=apps&pid=14
and you're good to go :)
I've seen you mention the built-in USB hub in this thread, is that the thing in the middle? How can you daisy chain them together? What is the max amount of controllers you can chain together and still have software support? I am intrigued by this now...
the 'thing' in the middle is a normal 2 port usb hub... it just happens to have some strange female connectors attached to it.
you've got two choices - you can either try and solder the other xbox pads directly to the hub (try and find the pin outs via google). The slightly easier option would be to attach the correct connectors to the other xbox pads so that you can plug them directly into the usb hub. I think the hub is designed to take memory cards and other xbox peripherals - if you can find some of these peripherals on ebay for cheap, grab em and use the connectors.
I might be able to get some for free from my buddy lol and if i connect 2 of the pads together im guessing it doubles the output amount?
correct :)
