ok so i might have something wrong
button 1 _> Mod 1, Button value 1, Button Conditions M1=0
Button 2 _> Mod 2 Button Value 1, Button conditions M1=1
Button 3 _> Mod 3, Button Value 1, Button Conditons M1= 2
Button 4 _> Mod 4, Button Value 1, Button Conditions M1=3
does not work, do i need to change any thing in the Knobs maping >?

It should read like this
Button 1 -> Modifier 1 -> Direct -> 0
Button 2 -> Modifier 1 -> Direct -> 1
Button 3 -> Modifier 1 -> Direct -> 2
Button 4 -> Modifier 1 -> Direct -> 3
And make sure there are no button conditions.

ok buttons are maped to that..but still nothing outta the knobs
they are maped
Fx unit 1 > M1=0 for all 3 parameter knobs
Fx unit 2 > M1=1 for all 3 parameter knobs
fx unit 3 > M1=2 for all 3 parameter knobs
Fx unit 4 > M1=3 for all 3 parameter knobs

In the controller manager, are the modifiers reading properly?

how would i check that ..the cntrl light on main screen says midi is being sent if that is what u mean
so the buttons are not doing anything at the moment ..my knobs only control Fx Pannel 1

Okay, in the controller manager there should be a row of buttons above all the command lines that have your Modifiers listed, as well as their current states. When you press each button the number next to M1 should change to what that button is assigned to.

the row at top modifier state ? noting is changing on it when i press any of the modifier buttons

it says 1-0 2-1 3-2 4-3 5to8 are 0
