Still cant make it work, I've mapped a button (and tried a switch) to set a cue, as you've described but the green line is still controlled by the timecode vinyl.
Check this vid that shows the behaviour:

Am I doing something wrong or is this a Windows only issue?

argh.. .played a show last night.. 2 decks running, pressing play on Deck C aaaaand it's gone.. silence, traktor crashed :cursing:
-
I've run it through some abuse now with no problems. Not a single crash as of yet after some 12 hours of use. *knocks on wood*
-
I've had two crashes and both while I was beat gridding songs and doing very little with the software. Lost all my work into the bargain.
When I've put it through its paces it has worked fine.

I did a gig this weekend playing for 5 hours in a club and the cpu meter was fluxuating a lot and i had some cracks and pops that sounded so bad i thought the music would stop alltogether!!! Why do this always happen with new updates I should have stuck with 2.5!
-
i havent had any issues with 2.6 at all other than the loop active midi control not toggling correctly
-
can anyone explain this? im on 2.5.1 and service centre says im up to date, if i download from ni website and run the installer i get this

This version is a disaster. Connection to two CDJ900s is utterly useless. We can no longer assign the HID to a specific deck from the CDJ and there doesn't appear to be any way to assign this within the software. What it's doing on both my PC and MAC is using both CDJs to control one track. I can get the MIDI to map to each appropriate track but anything that is HID controlled is impossible to correctly assign.
This is making 2.6 completely worthless for me to use in the club and at WNUR's studio. I'm going to have to role back to 2.5 if I cannot fix it this morning cause I have an election show I have to start preparing for.
Anyone have any suggestions? Please? I'm desperate.

2.6.1 better hurry at this point

dont know if anyone else remark this but I had some problems with it earlier too but it seem like the software "learns " his mistakes and stuff are running smoothly now for me. Also, opening Traktor before plugging in everything seem to make it run smoother cause sometimes, i would get problem with the audio when i plug hardware and then open traktor
