OT: Which Flyer Do You Prefer?

I think the first one would be great if you could eliminate some of the text, most people only glimpse for a quick second, did you get your message across? Doubt it. If you can't shorten the flyer, I have had amazing success with facebook event pages.

I agree and I realise not everyone can afford a skilled graphic designer to do their flyers, business cards, posters etc. But if you can people will notice the difference.

Wow, I'm really surprised to see people liking the first. I prefer the second by a mile!

I like the second, but the graphic in the middle doesn't fit with either of the fonts around it (that blocky font is dope, by the way!). Maybe simpler graphics might fit better?

When I make flyers I always try to find one thing, a font I like, or a cool background pic, and build a theme around that item so everything matches.

this is usually how i go about it as well. flyer was made in about 4 hours of work though because i was pressed for time.

When I lived in Korea a buddy of mine promoted parties. He made a flyer that resembled yours and was handing them out on the street. People took one glance and trashed them. Everyone thought the flyer was for an escort service.
