I get the same message about the eligibility of one of my products and think I understand why. I have a registered S4 and used to be registered TSP. I have sold on the TSP license however NI are telling me that I'm eligible to a TSP 2 upgrade (when I'm not really). When I click on the link it then tells me I'm not eligible for the item I've selected.
I have de-selected the TSP2 upgrade and changed it to TP2 and tried to purchase it with the evoucher key they have sent me but it is now telling me that the voucher is not eligible for the product I've selected.
What should I do??
Sent a form to the reolution centre and will have to wait for a new email. Gutted, can't wait to use it!!
Got mine, i'm about to update, one question though - a friend of mine said that when he installed the update he lost all his cue points.....Is this true and how is it possible to leave them all in place?

All of my CUE points seem to be OK. You will loose any custom midi mappings, however. Easily solvable, just export anything before hand as separate items (edit, export) and then reimport each in new version.Quote:
