trpro-audio still jumps in loop brace

I still say you hit up NI. There's gotta be something we're missing. If it's not doing it to everyone (and it's not doing it to me) then there's gotta be a fix-able problem.

its incredibly frustrating as i really like pro - i just find it so nice to use but its frustrating hearing so many blips and trips and stuff etc etc

i ve been having such a nice mix tonight except for the glithces

Yeah. There's gotta be something we're not considering. Hit up NI, search the forums, at that, cause there may be something on that end. But if nothing works then call NI

also finding that small pauses in playback occur when i switch through the effects menus or load a track to another deck

That really sounds like latency.

i pushed the latency up to the max today - tried god knows how many latency settings i ve tried ..

just wondering if there is anything i need to do for a clean reinstall of pro?

sometimes when you upgrade in live the older preferences are stored and need to be deleted for some bug type issues to be ironed out

I'd uninstall, find the folder and delete everything completely. Then reinstall.

clean re-install seems to have done the trick for the loop skips -

hope everything else is ok

only thing i saved was midi map - actually i forgot it but time machine is such a blessing
