I kinda dug it. He did the beat to seven nation army first, and I think it would have been better to just go to The Glitch Mob's SNA cover, but I thought it sounded pretty cool and as long as he's having fun and so is the crowd who are we to judge.

You guys hate on people for just mixing song a into b. Then somebody with more musical talent than anyone on here decides to use CDJs to do shit most of you couldn't do with controllers then it is "shit" mainly because it is a popular song. If you've ever seen LL you know he keeps the crowd going. There is a reason he is a big act
You need to make the distinction whether you like it because of the act of performing it or the sound it makes. I appreciate the technical side but don't like the sound it makes, that is enough to not like it as sound is more important... lbl also let it drag on way too long.
^that. exactly.
cool idea, but it sounded like shit. Honestly when i saw shiftee make that fucking "plooping" video i thought that was the worst idea EVER, and nobody would ever be dumb enough to try to actually do that... and it still is stupid, but i kind of appreciate the attempt on luke's part.
It's not a bad idea, it's like anything else. Practice enough and it will sound good. I think if LBL had practiced this for a month, THEN unleashed it, we'd be having a very different thread right now.
I've been playing around with it for a few hours and have it down pretty well. It's not very difficult.
wonder why no one posted this..now THIS is dragged.

No :p
I'm sure some people dig it, just not for me. Years back I watched DJ Dopey recreate Iron Man using the pitch fader on his TT, I don't even like turntable-ism and I though that was cool.
Also, that UMC video is a fucking joke. If you're going to try to show off at least try to do so in tune.
