Problem is not so much to route audio to ableton but rather having a stable midi clock that does not fluctuate (with windows)

lol. I have no clue. Refuse to upgrade to win10. Took enough time to get everything working with win 8.1. It has taken 4 updates from Microsoft just to get all of my VST's running correctly.
