Can anyone explain why my LED's dont work for looping when using the deckalized mapping with two MF's. For some reason only one will work.
Im using it with an ecler evo 5 mixer, but even without the mapping loaded for the mixer, and after doing the setup wizard they still only operate with one and not the other.
Any help would be greatfully received.
It's possible one of the two MFs just needs to be flashed with the new firmware. But I have problems using 2 midifighters too -- Traktor seems to get confused when there are two of the same controller hooked up, and I constantly have to re-select the "in" and "out" ports on one of the midifighters in the controller manager.
Yeah mine does the same, everytime you turn off Traktor the midi fighters switch so that the 1st in line controls both deck A and B, its a pain having to reset them every time you load up, but you get used to it.
I'll try flashing one of the midi fighters to a previous hex file and let you know whether this cures my LED issue.

Does anyone have working LED's on both MF's?
I have used the deckalized mapping for 2 and it works fine. make sure you got the ins and out correct.
I alway make sure the midi fighters are plugged in and have the usb powered before I start traktor.
Maybe the output isnt properly defined for the second one?
I dont use a usb hub, so maybe that is where the issue lies...
although spending more money seems a little silly, I bought the official TSP to get it working on the advice of fullenglshpint who got a bit stroppy about my cracked version, and it made no difference apart from costing a fair amount of money.
So...
hmm, maybe I should try and borrow one to see if that does the trick
Ok how about someone makes a midi fighter sized controller that can cover the transport issues for the focused mapping so we can load up tracks without a mouse. Why not throw in some faders and knobs so we can mix internally? This and 2 midi fighters would be my ultimate on-the-go setup.

In Traktor you can select what mappings relate to what Midi controller hence if you use the Midi Fighter with one other controller or ten other controllers - you won't ever get crossed midi messages ! Yes the ten controllers might over lap in functionality (i.e you could play Deck 1 using any of the controllers) but they won't interfere with each other.Quote:

I previously had problems downloading the traktor pro mapping (only managed to get version 1.0 working). I'm not having the same problems with downloading the deckalized.tsi
When I import it to traktor in the controller manager and click on the midifighter in the dropdown lisy there is no list of commands (triggers) below where you would normally expect to find one.
Is there anywhere else i can dl from or can anyone help?

im not actually using a midi fighter but im making my own.. and im putting out the correct notes (same as MF...)..
but like i said.. phaser not dely.. so must be the wrong mapping...

anybody else having problems witht the echo freeze not working and the first delay defautling to a phaser... even if i change it.. i press the button and it switches back.. i have tried all of the mapping i could find.. all the same. no slice mode either... ive dug around and looks like its only me :(

just so you know, the standard fix for almost any irregularity in tsi performance is to reimport it a couple of times and restart traktor a couple of times.

Hi, I can't unzipp these mapping tsi-files. It's something wrong with them.
It's telling me that it isn't a valid archive.
Can someone please help me? What's wrong?
I found the problem my self :)
The zip file contains a gzip file, so had to unzip it twice to get the tsi file.
hey guys if i get a second midifighter could i use the first one for the deckalized ab and the second for the instant grat mapping
would there be enough effect slots.
could i maby make each betton load the effect aswell.
The buttons do load the effects.
The short answer is yes it will work. However, you will notice that if you ever push a button that triggers an effect change, it will require two presses to activate the new effect. This is because Traktor takes the first press to change the selected effect and set up any parameters of the effect and the second press activates the effect. This will only be an issue for shared FX units between mappings; for example, the "sampler" in Deckalized (Slicer effect in FX3) and the Trans Stretch (FX3 Eff1) Beatmash combo in Instant Grat. If you pay attention to the screen tho, it's not too hard to follow.Quote:

I know that there is already chat about getting the Deckalised and Instant Gratification mappings put together but can I ask a mini-favour if anyone is already well versed in the mappings and modifiers to add the combo deck stop from the instant grat mapping to the deckalised? I understand that this is a big ask but if it would take someone else too long I'l go away and do some more research and have a crack myself but just thought I'd throw it out there as a bit of a tweak to the current mapping.
I just received my Midi Fighter today. Really excited about it, i got the instant gratification mapping to work. However, i'm having a hard time getting this particular Deckalized mapping to work.
For some reason when i try to unzip any one of the 3 files on the first page of this thread, i can extract the files but they don't have the .tsi extention to them.
Is anyone experiencing that also? Could someone send me those .tsi files please?
Just one more question. Do i need to turn the 4 banks mode off to get this mapping to work right?
