By turning the encoder, it switches the samples displayed in traktor and this is reflected on what you will trigger from the hardware, think of how the grid on an APC works. In this case, it's a 4*64 grid divided in 4*4 pages you can scroll through.

Ya but can you map those 16 buttons on 4 different pages to do other things, other than switching the samples displayed in traktor?
Like can i have one page be all hotcues, another page can be beatgrid, another page can be effects, and another page can be something else? (Just an example)
Had my first set of 1200's when I was 14. I'm now 39 .... Bet you don't feel so old now. :o
hahahahaha! Im far from old buddy! :)
Im still 17! Still got lots of life/expeirence aheeaad of me
Back on topic, can't really tell until someone who has one comments on it. Might be either a 64*4 assignable grid or just a 4*4 that follows the focus of Traktor, leaving you a simple 4*4 to work with until you start messing with modifiers. My guess is that it's like the last one.
Hmm...Ill have to check when i get mine!
When i sell my Techs im going to grab 2 of the F1's and hopefully find a way to be able to map all 64 buttons accordingly
It's not hard to do it with modifiers if you need to, just tedious.
