Yeh EKS is a finnish company and you wouldn't be ordering straight from them it will go to retailers. I really hope it makes it to Australia although I'm not so sure.
I could definitely see a transition from my two XP10s to a pair of Otus'! (In my dreams)
A finnish retailer has price tag of 700 euros for this device. Their distribution info still says it june '08 so the price might be a bit old also but it can be (pre-)ordered from them it seems.
The site is finnish only and i have no idea about the international shipments. I tried to find out but couldn't find any info of international shipments. But if you want to check it out here are the links:

Edit: Now that i checked more, it seems that int.shipments aren't available. Though it will probably be cheaper for you to buy it from local dealer anyways. :)
