I can also recommend the HDJ-2000s. I love mine.:) My son had gotten himself the Xone XD53s and I must say, you can tell quite a difference in comfort and build. Soundwise, the Xones actually have a bit more bass and overall sound is comparably close, but the comfort difference and how rock solid the headphones are built are what makes the HDJs stand out. My son likes my headset better too. (and he keeps using them....). Hmm.... his birthday is coming up.....

TBH i prefer the Numark TTX Usbs to technics, ive played on 1210s and vestax's etc and if anything they feel more like vestax, the torque is off the chart which is nice really strong motor, imo they are underrated but have better features and are better than the techs higher pitch reverse and how slow you want a track to stop adjustments you can move the pitch fader to where the 33,45 buttons are etc for if in scratch position, They are still around £500 a deck and well worth it tbh i got the pair for 800 as B Stock and havnt looked back
Gets great reviews also - http://www.skratchworx.com/reviews/ttx.php
Really like the 800, faders feel great and the EQ knobs are nice to use. I'm no audiophile but the sound quality seems fine to me. Only thing I don't like is that the filters don't cut enough at the top end, they're certainly nowhere near as good as A&H filters.
I've just never really been tempted by A&H mixers, I'm a bit of a pio fanboy.
MF's are used for decks + FX, X1 + iPad are used as two part midi mixer and browsing. Works great now, might change later. Loving the flexibility of MIDI <3
@ Audeo
nice, it's different, change from the norm, I like that.
Here are both setups, 2xcdj1000mk3's/djm400 are in the kitchen until I integrate them with my other setup...........
