Nice man, that must have set you back a few $$$!
What program are you running for production?
I'm about to start my venture into music production soon.

here is my modest production desk.
M-Audio Oxygen 49 Keyboard
DJTT Midi Fighter classic
Line 6 Toneport UX2 interface (for guitars/basses/vocals)
Reason 5 / Adobe Audition
Beats by Dre Studio cans
JBL Spot monitors (cant see em on the pic, theyre behind the two screens)
EDIT: I'm gonna swap out the midi fighter for a Maschine as soon as i can gather $700 or find a good deal lol
do you use the mifi fighter for drums ? like you would use maschine for ?
yep! Obviously the midi fighter doesn't recognize shifts in velocity, but i adjust that manually in reason after the stuff is laid down...
also, the new midi fighter utility is great! It always me to enable/disable four banks mode super easily, so i can enable it when using traktor and disable it when producing. amazing.

This thing is rock solid and the big speakers are study. Just need to do some cable organization and get a Xone DB4.
Xonetacular, that looks awesome! How much did it cost to build?
And you're not waiting for the DB2? Or do you want the full functionality of the DB4?
Thanks! lots of work and planning- cost maybe 500 total, definitely worth it.
The DB2 is too crippled in my opinion. No xone filters at all (not even one like the xone 42) and those absurdly short LED meters that they put in just for the sake of not hurting DB4 sales are just silly. For $500 more I'll take a DB4 and having a looper on the mixer itself will be very useful and I love the LED EQ knobs and 4 effects units. Plus I need dual xone filters if I'm using a xone- the more I look at the db4 the more I realize how great it is.
It wasn't cheap, i've spent most of the last 2 years wages on my gear combined with a few christmas presents from the rents!
I use Pro Tools for all recording and mixing, Ableton for arrangements/soft synths, have you got any experience with different DAW's for production?
