I am more afraid of going to jail and paying huge ass fines and/or a lawsuit than I am of getting into a fight.

For those reasons, I always just walk away.

Insult my Mom and it will get to me, but I would still never swing. For two reasons, one that again is a pussy thing to do, secondly because of what Street Knowledge said. Especially since I live at home and my dad has a decent net worth which could be in jeopardy.

Don't get me wrong, if someone swings on me, I can guarantee you at least this much - whichever hand he swung with won't be working properly for a long long time. However, I will never throw the first punch.
