cant wait if they invite Tiesto too to become the guest judge :P
My take on the potential judges (guest or not), judging by what Cowell will want to achieve:
Guetta
Tiesto
Pauly D
Judge Jules
One or more of Swedish House Mafia
Armin
Deadmau5
Rana June (first ever ipad dj) (joke ;) )
Judges I would like to see to give some sense of perspective:
Richie Hawtin
Carl Cox
Frankie Knuckles
Sasha and/or Digweed
LTJ Bookem
Q-Bert
Spinbad
Skream
Dave Seaman
Anybody remember the joy of decks? that was a good show and it had a little credibility though it was on a small scale
as soon as i read this name, it made my swallow my gum.
skirillex? really?
the guy that just clip launches pre rehearsed sets in ableton? that guy?
i mean you wrote a very thought out response. but after reading deadmau5 and skrillex in there. the only thing i can think of as a dj of 20 plus years is...
we
are
fucked
p.s.
jeff is WAY more than just the guy from the fresh prince. he's an innovator and inventor of the transformer scratch. man learn your history
not sure if this even serious...

Oh well, just contributing for the sake of the lulz. heck i would watch the show just for shit & gigglesQuote:
UPDATE:
Well, a weird story just got weirder. According to dance music messiah Perez Hilton (we think?) and this typo-riddled site, Khloe Kardashian (!) will host and the panel will include Steve Aoki, Paul Oakenfold and Jamie Jones. Apparently house legend Frankie Knuckles is also on board as a mentor. We don’t know what to believe! Has 1 April come early?
turn your tv's off.
Love how people diss skrillex and deadmau5 haha.... yet we are sit here and they are loaded doing what we all wish we could do.... back to the main topic though... because 100,000's of people apply for xfactor they barely get a chance... for a dj xfactor I cant imagine too many people applying... so it should give them more time... granted its hard to judge in even 6 mins unless its like a dmc style battle which is a skill in its own compaired to taking people on a journey for a couple hours. Dying to see how they go about it to be honest and see what stuff people are rocking... if there are any digital djs on it (havent checked the rules or anything) I wonder if you'll see the odd midi fighter.
