Cant view this at work so subscribing so I can watch it later at home.
You watched it? What do you think?
Well worth watching IMO. Carl Cox killing it on the dream Pioneer setup. 4 x CDJ2000s, a DJM-2000 & a RMX-1000.
Cox brings it!
he's the friggin man, big black cox!
Carl Cox changed my life when I saw him for the first time at ULTRA...literally. I wasn't having the greatest time and then I heard him in the cocoon...wow...talk about blown away. I've now seen him twice (well, two weekends), once back-to-back with Loco Dice at EDC NYC this year. If Carl Cox is at the festival, that's where I'm gonna be.
That's the way it's been for over 20 years... :thumbup:Quote:

The. Man.
*strokes greying beard* Ahh, I remember Coxy when he had hair! ;)
Lovely guy too - used to work in a Brighton record shop (I'm talking '88/'89 here)and was happy to tell you the tunes he was playing the night before, even the ones from the famous 3-deck mix. Something a lot of DJ's at the time wouldn't have done.
Had it then, never lost it, still has it. Plus he has great taste in cars and motorbikes ;)
Ducatti, Hyabussa, some old race clissic like RC45 etc. Cars - as Lance says, muscle cars and classics - old mini's a beautiful Lotus Cortina

You'd have thought that by now they could afford two mics. Being interviewed there is a bit cosy.
But it's all good stuff, always love the birds eye view for the technique, particularly with someone like Carl.
Mr. Cox keeping to the speed limit in NZ

Wow.
I know want to get a RMX 1000 :)
Whenever I listen to a mix I instantly run for the tracklist, and bam, I see this list? ID-ID's out the yahoo man. I can't keep doin' this!
How do you guys go about getting those ID-ID tracks into your own collection? I can't seem to keep track.
