Anyone know anything?
This. So much this. Anyone??
Anyone know anything?
Not sure Pulse isn't replying to any posts about it on the pioneer dj forums anymore there is a lot of unhappy users right now.between windows 64 bit drivers and OSX drivers for El Captian.
Still nothing...?
:cursing:
Damn, I thought that was taken care of months ago (even Denon released 64-bit drivers 6 months ago) :glare:
the lack of el capitan support is beyond a joke on my DJM900... can't use traktor scratch with it now.
liberties!
Still nothing.
I hope the guys at Pioeer have mae 64-bit drivers one of their New Years resolutions!
I'm just gonna keep bumping this thread until I can post a link to the 64-bit drivers..........
Another 2 weeks, still nothing...
The last official post from Pioneer (About 4 months ago) was the engineers are working on it but it takes time to ensure they are stable and reliable.
Not sure why the boys at ASIO4ALL were able to release 64Bit drivers over 12 months ago with no issues but a team of highly paid software engineers at the worlds leading manufacturer of Dj equipment are still "working on it".
My guess is it all BS they are not working on it, its not a priority because the is no financial gain and they need to get they act together and listen to what their products owners are demanding.:cursing::cursing::cursing:
I hope that these drivers are available when I finally have my studio built in a month or so. This is just going to make me rather delighted to put to use. Otherwise I will want to tear my studio apart for hopes of something to do while I wait for the drivers to be delivered.
Thanks,
MD
Still nothing.
Getting a bit worried now. Might need to dump my beloved DJM-850...
I think Pioneer is just being grateful for all that overpriced gear you guys love so much.
I think they are just wankers. They've got no excuse for being this far behind the curve. :cursing:
I am gonna bug them on twitter until it works its way through the food chain. This is getting ridiculous... Its been over 6 months and not a single update, may ditch them and find myself buying the next Traktor Mixer.
My pioneer djm900 works with OS X el capitan now... just an FYI
Still no sign of 64-Bit drivers for Pioneer DJM-850. :(
(I've even tried using ASIO4ALL - no luck whatsoever).
AHA! Is this why my DJM 750 won't work with traktor since I installed Windows 10? The drivers all install fine and the utility shows up when you plug the USB in, but I only get the option for a single stereo line out in traktor's audio manager. Is this what everyone else is getting?
(I did a full wipe and start again on the HDD btw so it was a fresh OS not an upgrade)
You need this, mate:

Your 750 should work fine(?) then. But only at 32-Bit...
Kapow! Thanks mate I'll give that a go when I get home (as well as upload that utility that I forgot to push last night)
Been able to work around it a bit by using my audio2 to plug in with but I want 4 channels and the cheeky timecode hack!
A little more detail from Pioneer:

I know it works - but I want 64-bit.
Thanks for all the help guys! Loads more use than Pioneer who, despite me including screenshots clearly showing what I had available, told me to use the ASIO driver which wasn't in the list in 64 bit mode...
Started in 32 bit mode and everything works like a dream, cheers! :D
I've had an update, albeit pretty vague (but still reassuring) from Pioneer.
They tell me that 64-Bit drivers for most Pioneer equipment (they did confirm that my 850 will receive new drivers) will definitely be released - but would not provide a timescale for it.
Fair enough, I thought. At least now I know that I can continue (but, I don't know when) using my 850 with Traktor at 64-Bit.
Still waiting...
Anything, frankle?
