I have a similar one! Like hell I am going to part with my precious coins for a crane stand! Its a bit annoying having to assemble at a gig but its a general rule to arrive early anyway and to plan for this :)
Slightly wobbly but put in a few nuts and bolts which you can pick up for under $5 then it reduces the issue greatly.
My one can hold my RMX steel, as I have my laptop in place of a CD DJ on its stand.
