1. Since the upgrade from LE to Intro is free, i'm assuming that you would use the same upgrade as LE to go to the full version.
2. Most software on mediafire is pirated, so i wouldn't trust it. However, i use mediafire to share tracks that i've made, and pictures and stuff like that all the time.
