Trying to map custom notes to 3D

Hi there. I have a hardware-only setup (no DAW). I have set up my Squarp Pyramid with MIDI standard notes for drums on my drum synths (aligning the values on Tanzbar and DRM1), but of course this means an array of note values with gaps (due to the standard). I have chosen this path because it simplifies setup each time I turn on my system.

I purchased the MF3D because it would seem to allow customized note mappings (which my Presonus Atom did not). By mapping the specific MIDI-standard values to which the drum synths map on Pyramid, I can use the pyramid to swap drum synths and let the MF3D just play to those standard notes values. Ideally.

The problem is that I don't see a way to set notes within the MF Utility. What's my best course of action?
