Reloop Terminal Mix 2 - issues by design

Hi all!

So I have a Reelop Terminal Mix 2 Controller for about 3 years already and I'm collecting issues on it.

For once I can only hear in one headphone when I cue, the left one. Very very rarely it heals itself and I can hear in both headphones, but briefly.
Sometimes sound and software glitches, but when I remove the headphone cable from the controller it all goes back to normal.
Sometimes the controller gets very cold on the bottom, once it just stopped working.

Lately (and the most confusing issue) I hear one deck in both speakers and one deck in one speaker only.

I've heard this model has some electrical issues by design, but it's just word of mouth, not a professional opinion.

Any ideas? Is it fixable or should I start moving towards more professional gear?
