Weird Traktor crash can anyone help?
HI Guys I've recently had 2 crashes with trakor on live gigs,its normally been very reliable for me.
I've tried to open a support ticket with NI but the form for support does not work,I'm logged in etc and all my products are registered.
I've pasted the crash log text document here,if anyone can make any sense of it I would be gratefull.
Crash file mentions quicktime I use windows 7 do I even need quicktime installed?
Please could someone have a look and get back to me?
I've also posted this on the NI forum but nobody has yet responded.

I hope you can help,I've used traktor for years as a pro DJ.
I have Had 2 unusual crashes about a month apart both happened during a live gig.
My laptop does not go on the net and is usually stable.
I have not recently updated my version of traktor so there should be no problem that is related to bugs in traktor or windows.
I was playing my gig and about 3 hours in traktor suddenly stops playing the track and makes a strange noise over the sound system as if I had set a 16th of a beat loop.
It also puts up a dialog box that says something like ...traktor has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I switch to a backup source close traktor(without turning off pc)
I then reopen traktor.
Traktor starts up normally.
Then runs like a champion for another 3 hours with no problems.
At the end of the gig I close traktor normally and turn off laptop.
i reboot laptop and navigate to NI folder in docs to look for a crashlog.
There is no crashlog but there is the file which I have attached.
I want to know why this fault is happening the same fault happen about a month ago,if you scroll to the bottom of this file its the 2016 crashes we need to look at.
These two times are the only time that traktor has crashed whilst I have been actually playing to the crowd.
Can you please look at the attached file for the crash on 24 th april 2016 and let me know what the info means and how I can stop this from happening again please.
