I practiced djing standing up yesterday for the first time and I bounce around so much. I just get so into the music that I want to dance. Any ideas to help me not do that? I feel like it looks bad and I look like an idiot while I do it.

Why would you want to not dance while DJing? I actually once managed to dance a pit of like 15cm depth into the dusty ground while spinning at an open air party :D

You should use ankle and wrist weights. It might deter you from bouncing and if not, you'll be getting a work out too. :rolleyes:
