VCI-100 Wobbly Crossfader, Service Options?

Hi,

I have a VCI 100 that was newly purchased within this year at a Canadian music store. Recently, the crossfader has begun demonstrating wobbly behaviour in traktor when pushed to the right, it basically jumps back to the middle in the software. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on the best way to get this serviced in Canada? It should be under the one year warranty.
