If you actually produced instead of looking for loops you would understand that a drum loop doesn't actually work well in production because you have to seperately eq and sidechain your kick and snare. and make sure all your drums are fighting frequencies or anything.
If all these producers were using drum loops the drums wouldn't be discernible in the song LOL.
Yeah, I know about loopmasters.com, I've gotten some great packs from it. Yes, I always get that same desire when I hear awesome drum loops in a track. I guess it just takes time to create an awesome drum loop...
I agree... As I just posted in the other forum, I'm just gonna' have to keep on practicing at making drums...
merged. in future if you have the a similar question, keep it to one thread, cheers.
Yep. It's not as easy as just getting an ID off of drums, loops, etc from peoples tracks. Tho if it IS a heavily or famously used sample, like a break, a synth, etc, and its on the classics side, thats when you can most likely get a shot at ID'ing parts of a track.
Like
'Kool & The Gang - Summer Madness' (That synth) = sampled in 'Will Smith - Summertime'. 'Ice Cube - You Know How We Do'. + many more.
'Soul Searchers - Ashley's Roachclip'. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1XNr0...?v=Dgt_5lbxWQo - Erik B & Rakim - Paid In Full, and many others!
You get the drift.
Yeah, I see. There's a site called Whosample.com that IDs famous samples used in tracks.
