They're called playlists in Traktor. Right click on the playlist node in the tree on the left and select create new or something along those lines. After you create the playlist you can drag them to the favorites section in the center of the window.

also, you can drag a track onto the word 'playlist' and drop it
ittl then prompt you to choose a playlist name
