I suggest you read Traktor Bible if you really want to know and understand the software to its fullest potential.
Also to answer your question, there isn't 1 video. NI, dubspot, and individuals on YouTube. The DJTT blog articles and videos. Alot of features are the same as in previous versions so videos on older versions will work also.
I would first start by going through the Traktor Manual. The manual can be found by clicking HELP in the upper left of the Traktor window when not in full screen mode.
+1000 on the Traktor Bible. Get a copy and use it.
