Traktor Pro 1.2.3 is out
Alot of the update is focused on expanded features for the X1 and CDJ's. The good thing is that quite a few of the features also trickled down to generic MIDI support.
Traktor Bible users can download a PDF detailing the changes.
The download is available via the service center and the forum has been updated with the release notes.
New and improved features:
Traktor Kontrol X1 integration
Native zero-configuration support for Pioneer CDJ-2000 / CDJ-900 / CDJ-400 / MEP-7000
Native zero-configuration support for Denon DN-HC4500
New controller icon in header shows connected devices
Improved Setup Wizard with phono/line switch for Audio 4 DJ/Audio 8 DJ
Deck copy function in browser
Additional controller mapping functions
Enhanced pitch fader range control

The new Bible PDF has some very interesting reading on the new input/output midi assignments that have been included for the X1 that will be useful for other controllers.

hmm tried to update ... 3 tries always fail at the end while "running package scripts"

Sorry Ismith - I didn't mean to start an identical thread, I think we must have posted at the same time.
-
yeah .. i check right before i posted and right after again .. before nothing, when i was done yours also showed up .. i guess the moderators can merge ..
-
@lsmith: does it fail or does it take quite a long time?
-
@rainer: it fails. it stops, offers the close button and tells me to contact the maintainer.
-
@lukas: strange, i never updated directly from 1.2.2 to the released version with all this beta versions in between. I was wondering with the last update that the scripting phase took quite a long time, though.
this looks more like a case for technical support of NI, it seems other Mac users having the same issue (posting in NI forum)

and you are good to go..
i'm impressed.. and the same with the CDJ-2000 the future has landed...

Whoop Whoop. Long shot, but I'm excited to see if the Otus is fully supported in this one.
