Was at Anthony Naples at the Sub Club a couple of months ago with a couple of the Numbers lads. Waiting around at the end for Naples and the others to get their stuff together so we could grab a taxi this wee guy, must have been 18 or 19, stumbles over and says ' just wanted to tell you mate, I think it's really cool old guys like you are still coming out to clubs.'

Once I stopped laughing I pointed out my mates and said 'they're all my age, we used to run and DJ at one of the club nights that Numbers grew out of.'

Kid looks at me and, quick as a flash says ' oh, aye. That'll be 'back in the day', aye?'

Would have lamped the cheeky little sod if I hadn't almost filled my colostomy bag from laughing.

That's a great story!

I find it quite funny that everyone in a club is walking around looking for the latest drug, asking everyone around us for some drug - they actually go around in a circle around us. But they always leave us alone, I'm guessing cause they think we're undercover cops.

I am 24 year old and I am not much familiar with dj tools

19 years, so a bit young apparently haha.
