Default ESI UGM96 portable USB audio interface, 2 output, 2 input

Has anyone tried the ESI UGM96? I can only find one review of it online.

I would prefer it to the Maya44 because it's smaller and has stereo outputs instead of RCA. They're about the same price. The Maya44 is reviewed at a few places, including here, so can I expect the quality to be similar?

The $99 price is pretty good. The other option I'm considering the Echo AudioFire2 is $180.

It surely looks good.... I'm considering buying the audio 2 Dj, but, that doesn't have any inputs (although it is proven from a latency and quality aspect). I hope that someone can find some usefull info on it.

From the description it has mono ins/outs, its designed for connecting two guitars so would be no good for DJ'ing. The Maya44 seems to be the best low budget option.

No, it has 2 stereo outs, and 2 mono ins.

    Edit

Maybe? I hope? it says one of the outputs can be used as line... idk though

That just means its line level, the fact it dosent expressly say 2x stereo out makes me very suspicious.

    "# 2 headphone output
    # one headphone output can work as line output"

To me that means both output channels can merged into a single stereo out, I would definitely get confirmation of this before i purchased it. If it does thats a tidy unit at a good price though. If anyone can confirm either way id love to know.

Well, OP, I would say go for the audio 2 dj. No inputs, but it has 2 separate stereo outs, for the price of 100 USD. I was hoping this would give me that and 2 inputs.... apparently not.
