So I decided I wanted a button instead of a knob to change between pages and set out to do so. any button will work I'm sure, but I chose note E5 (the Juggle button on the 1.3 firmware).

Running the VCI-100 1.3 SE firmware and Traktor 3.4,
I set up note E5 on midi-page one and two as follows:

Page #1
Midi Page 2, Toggle, E5
Midi Page 2, Output, E5, Controller range 0-1, Midi Range 127-127

Page #2
Midi Page 1, Toggle, E5, INVERT
Midi Page 1, Output, E5, Controller range 0-1, Midi Range 0-127.

When the light is off, it controls Deck A and B (page 1). When the light is on, it controls Deck C and D (Page 2).
