Default VST plugins for Live 8

    Hey guys,

I am wondering what kind of VST plugins people are using with Live. and if any of the plugins they use are "better" or bring something else to the table that the stock live doesn't.

    Thanks !

That depends what style of music you are making what sounds you are looking for. My personal favourites are both by Native Instruments. One is 'Absynth' and the other is 'Massive.' They can both make some amazing synth sounds.

Another is called 'Stutter Edit' and is designed to add choppy effects to your audio tracks. Search for any of these on YouTube to see the kinds of things they can offer.

    Hope this has helped!

OP needs to be a bit more specific. There are, literally, thousands of VST's.

I just picked up Computer Music Special 44.

It has 99 free plugins with mini tutorials for each one. I recommend you pick it up. Here is one on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/Computer-Music-S...item415645637d

Issue CM Special 30 has 100 of the best plug ins, but I cannot find it.

Massive is probably one of the best VSTs available. A few other favorites are Sylenth1 and Zebra2.
