Hey guys got an s4 the other day and everything was working fine until last night when i went to go get on it. The headphones were not receiving any sounds. I Checked in preferences and made sure the outputs were correct and they were. Not sure if this is a hardware or software issue. Has anyone else experienced this? I wasn't sure if a reinstall of tp2 would do any justice either. Thanks in advance.

Is the software knob turned up correctly? It's separate from the hardware volume.

Same issue - although it was fine before. Yes, software is 'up'.

update: fixed the solution I had actually blown my headphones, whenever i switched out headphone the cue sound played nicely so it wasn't any concern with the s4.. Hooray.
